Refund policy

Please take a moment to read the information below so you are aware of your rights and our obligations to you.

Returns

Island Outdoors will accept returns and provide a refund, replacement or repair where a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality, provided you can supply a valid invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase.

You have a window of 30 days to return your order from date of delivery.

Island Outdoors reserves the right to decline a refund, replacement or repair where the fault results from misuse, accidental damage or neglect.

Change of Mind Returns

Island Outdoors is not legally obliged to offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases, including but not limited to over-ordering or selecting incorrect products. All change-of-mind return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Island Outdoors team.

For a return to be considered, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
1. The goods are returned in their original packaging
2. The goods are unused and free from damage, marks, scratches, dents or soiling
3. The goods are fit for resale as a “new” product

Any approved change-of-mind return is at the sole discretion of Island Outdoors management. Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
